Position Summary

Dynamic Ratings is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our team of six Regional Managers, who manage our global network of sales channel partners (agents and manufacturer's representatives). Covering the Americas and EMEA, this role combines strategic leadership with tactical execution to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a strong background in B2B sales, channel management, and the utility or industrial sector.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of six Regional Managers across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Oversee and support channel partners (agents and manufacturer's representatives) to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute regional and global sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies and ensure customer success.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting in the CRM system.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales management or channel leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on technical or industrial products.


Preferred Qualifications



  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience selling into the utility, energy, or power industry.
  • Familiarity with international markets and managing cross-cultural teams.
