Recruiter (Full Cycle) Talent Acquisition / Corporate Recruiting Team This is a 3-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in San Francisco, CA. Summary We are seeking a recruiter to join our corporate recruiting team, supporting U.S. and Canadian hiring needs. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, driving proactive sourcing strategies, and delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The recruiter will also contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the broader talent organization. Our Ideal Candidate 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an in-house setting Passion for lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand industries with a strong foundation in candidate sourcing and engagement Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and experienced with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus) Skilled in collaborating with hiring managers, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams Able to manage multiple roles across departments simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail Curious, proactive, and eager to continuously improve processes Job Description In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for U.S. and Canadian corporate positions across multiple brands and functions. You'll partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This includes sourcing passive talent, managing interview logistics, and negotiating offers. You will also maintain recruitment data integrity in the ATS, monitor market trends, and represent the organization at career fairs, networking, and DE&I-related events, supporting the overall success of the talent acquisition team. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience Background in corporate recruiting, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or apparel industries Additional Requirements Please include your resume when applying. This opportunity is located in San Francisco, CA, and requires hybrid work (on-site as scheduled). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $50.00 - $54.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
