Summary: Senior-level software developer responsible for driving innovation, defining technical strategy, and delivering breakthrough solutions in complex product and platform development. Serving as a high-level individual contributor, this role influences design decisions, leads research initiatives, and may oversee or mentor a small team of engineers, either directly or indirectly. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to bring forward-thinking ideas from concept through implementation, ensuring scalability, quality, and business impact. Role Responsibilities: * Lead the design, prototyping, and development of software that addresses complex business or product challenges. Requirements: * 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in advanced research, product development, or system architecture roles Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
