FACILITIES MAINTENANCE HELPER Chatsworth, CA Monday thru Thursday, 6:15 am thru 4:45 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

* Perform a wide range of cleaning duties, including, but not limited to cleaning floors, windows, tables, chairs and equipment in accordance with our facility procedures.

* Some industrial maintenance such as cleaning, painting, striping, plumbing, some electrical work,

etc.

* Perform required light maintenance including, but not limited to changing light bulbs, changing

washers in faucets and inspecting and cleaning grease.

* Initiate set up of tables and chairs for various functions.

* Experience with industrial machinery (mills-lathes-air compressor).

* Knowledge of small tools.

* Maintain personal health and sanitation standards.

* Read and interpret safety/employment manuals and other work-related documents.

* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly facility.

* Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

* Self-starter and stable person.

* Working with minimum supervision.

* Willing to learn and grow with the Company.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

* Must have effective English verbal and written communication skills.

* Must possess basic English reading skills.

* Must be organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.

* Must have knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience.

$21.00 - $23.00 / hour
