Role Description As a Product Owner on the Tech Enablement & Data Insights (TEDI) team, you'll lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to maximize the value of our real estate systems for employees, customers, and guests. You'll own the product lifecycle end to end defining roadmaps, gathering requirements, measuring success, and driving adoption. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with our technical team, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define & Drive the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for REWS Core Applications, identifying and scaling use cases across various Real Estate functional teams while leveraging our standard Salesforce product capabilities. Gather & Translate Requirements: Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders, translating their needs into clear, actionable product requirements, use cases, and metrics. Lead Execution: Partner with engineering, delivery, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Manage dependencies across TEDI and external teams. Measure Success: Define KPIs and adoption metrics to evaluate success and inform ongoing product iteration. Communicate Effectively: Provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate release communications and promote new features internally. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, championing user needs and feedback, and supporting internal teams as an early adopter of new tools and features. Drive Alignment: Collaborate with the TEDI Strategy and Leadership teams to ensure roadmap alignment with broader REWS and company goals. Promote Internal Use Cases: Represent our "Salesforce on Salesforce" story by showcasing how internal products deliver value to our teams and customers. Meaningful Partnerships: Product Owner will partner with the product owner analysts to increase partnership with the business and drive the right outcomes through our customer zero products.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong technical understanding, especially around data flows, system architecture, APIs, and integrations. Familiarity with Salesforce platforms (especially Service Cloud and Sales Cloud) is highly preferred. Field Service product knowledge is a plus. Proven ability to own product delivery from concept through launch and iteration. Experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and managing scrum/agile teams. A strategic, data-driven mindset, skilled at using metrics and insights to inform decision-making. Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and creating impactful demos. Ability to lead in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with experience working in distributed and global teams. Strong relationship-building skills and a high level of customer empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field or equivalent relevant experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) Background in real estate technology, workplace platforms, or enterprise productivity tools. Experience working in a governance-heavy or enterprise software environment.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500.
