About the role:

As a Senior Analyst, FP&A you will provide support and financial leadership to the Directors in our Outage Maintenance & Services business. You will report to the Senior Manager, Finance and be located at our Madison, PA or Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the operations Directors on financial reporting for revenue, cost of goods sold, direct gross margin and ad-hoc requests



  • Analyze monthly results and prepare forecast for sales, cost of goods sold and direct gross margin



  • Reconcile and forecast IPC / SG&A accounts monthly



  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts



  • Assure accuracy of financial results and resolve issues



  • Support delivery of the annual business plan



  • Maintain flexible reporting models in Excel, BPC, Business Warehouse



  • Help develop detailed budgets and the calculation of labor rates for several Directors and Managers




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience



  • 4+ years broad based finance and accounting experience



  • Knowledge of accounting theory, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), internal control procedures, financial concepts and financial analysis and planning



  • SAP, BP and Business Warehouse experience



We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 to $95,500 per year.
