Description
This position requires the incumbent to manage the overall site efforts at the assigned location. The Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of maintenance, quality, and administrative support personnel. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from an accredited four-year college or university in Aviation Technology/Management or a related field AND five (5) years of experience in work directly related to Aviation Management or Government Contracting/Program Management OR graduation from a standard four (4) year high school or equivalent (GED) AND seven (7) years of experience in work directly-related to Aviation Management or Government Contracting/Program Management. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with personnel, suppliers, and customers. Requires a valid FAA A&P license with ten (10) years of aircraft maintenance experience - preferably C-12 (KA200) experience.
