As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, analytical, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Rochester Hills, MI office, we are seeking a Global CVT Business Development Manager for Powersports and Scooters, you will take charge of overseeing and driving the strategic direction for the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) business across multiple global markets. This role requires a dynamic leader who can work closely with key internal teams-including Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Gates AR teams-while also engaging directly with global Business Development teams and customers.
