How you will make history here... The Director of Sales Execution & Customer Engagement has responsibility for leading long-term strategic insights, planning and execution for Campbells Snacks Sales and top customers. This includes the communication and project management of Annual Operating planning, strategic engagement and selling with top customers, development / tracking of retail execution KPIs, as well as management of Point-of-Sale materials. The Director will lead a team of approximately 6 employees and be expected to help design the future of Campbells Snacks strategic planning process and deliverables. This is a HQ role based out of Camden, NJ 3 days a week (hybrid). Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $158,400-$227,700Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
