Training Systems Specialist (Job ID:3957)

• Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate opening for a Training Systems Specialist to support the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren, VA.

• Responsible for assisting in the development of requirements and strategies for implementing training solutions through analysis of Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP), Front End Analysis (FEA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) processes and products.
• Evaluates training requirements to assist in proper implementation of training required as a result of new system introduction and changes to existing combat system elements, both for USN and FMS surface combat systems.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in reviewing training schedules, Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), Planning Process Methodology documents, and the Navy Enlisted Occupational Classification System (NEOCS).
• Must have knowledge of the Navy's Business Case Analysis (BCA), Front End Analysis (FEA), and Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) in the development of curriculum.
• Must have demonstrated experience in the analyses of change recommendations and determination of impact on system readiness and user functionality pertaining to both USN and FMS issues.

• Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems; specifically AIM I/AIM II, CPM, LOM, and LEAD, preferred.
• Ability to apply knowledge and experience and perform course curriculum conversions, preferred.
• Ability to develop and deliver LMS training, preferred.

• Must have a DoD Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

• Minimal travel required.
• If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
