We're currently seeking a highly innovative and technically skilled E-Learning Media Specialist to join our collaborative Learning Design & Development team. Reporting directly to the Manager of Learning Design and Development (LDD), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping engaging and impactful learning experiences. You'll partner with Learning Business Partners (LBPs), other LDD team members, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver cutting-edge instructional materials, compelling training videos, and dynamic e-learning courses. Your expertise in video production, multimedia design, and advanced e-learning authoring will be crucial in creating high-quality, intuitive learning experiences that resonate with our diverse global workforce and empower their growth and development. What you'll do:
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in e-learning development, multimedia production, and instructional design. A portfolio showcasing your instructional design work and e-learning samples is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Outstanding customer service skills and a collaborative team player mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom e-learning interactions or learning portals. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization to inform learning content effectiveness.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
