Manufacturing Associate - Multiple Skill Paths, One Great Opportunity!

We're seeking motivated Manufacturing Associates in Montpelier, OH, to support a leading manufacturer of industrial components used worldwide. Whether your experience is in shipping & warehouse, machine operation, CNC machining, or welding, this opportunity offers a path tailored to your background. Daily tasks will be assigned based on your skill set and experience, with the potential to expand your expertise over time.

Hours & Pay

We offer steady weekday shifts with competitive pay:



  • 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm | $18.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm | $19.08/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am | $19.44/hr


This is a 90-day temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities may vary depending on your skills/experience, but may include:



  • Shipping & Warehouse Functions

    • Organize, stock, and schedule products for shipment
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling
    • Operate narrow aisle pickers and forklifts (preferred)
    • Load, unload, and secure products for outgoing shipments


  • Machine Operation

    • Operate and monitor machines used to process components
    • Read tape measures and perform basic quality checks
    • Once hired in, set up drills, lathes, saws, welders, and grinders
    • Inspect products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges


  • Machinist Tasks

    • Tend to CNC milling machines and ensure proper operation
    • Measure and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
    • Once hired in, set up and program CNC milling equipment


  • Welding

    • Perform MIG welding on metal components
    • Work from blueprints, process sheets, or verbal instructions
    • Use grinding tools and inspect weld quality throughout process
    • Safely maneuver heavy parts manually or with cranes

What We're Looking For



  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, machine operation, CNC, or MIG welding
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for entire shifts in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read tape measures and follow written instructions in English
  • Forklift or MIG welding experience preferred (depending on role)
  • Team player with reliability, accuracy, and a commitment to safety
