Description The test proctor monitors exams for technology enhanced courses. Description of Essential Functions (critical tasks) Essential Job Functions: Explain testing procedures and rules to individuals being tested. Administer tests. Forwared completed tests to designated locations. Assist Kluthe Center Administrative Assistant and Director with support (answering phones servicing walk-ins). Other duties as assigned. Specific Functional Job Requirements Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Experience Requirements: Experience with computer technology and working with diverse individuals. Knowledge: Word, Excel and internet technologies experience preferred. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills. Personal Requirements: Positive attitude, ability to work with people, detail oriented, self-starter, one-time, neat appearance. Ability to work nights and as needed.
