Job Summary

The Regional Sales Incentive Compensation Leader is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of incentive compensation programs within the region. This role serves as a subject matter expert in sales incentive design, translating regional sales strategies into relevant plans that drive performance, align with business priorities, and support talent goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and documentation of annual sales and business incentive plans, including eligibility, performance metrics, and payout mechanics.
  • Develop and manage financial models to simulate incentive outcomes, assess budget impact, and evaluate design alternatives, in partnership with finance.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of incentive plans using performance data, trends, and feedback; recommend improvements to enhance impact and efficiency.
  • Partner with Finance to align plans with budget forecasts, financial targets, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure incentive programs support talent and organizational goals.
  • Maintain plan governance, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline incentive-related processes, tools, and communications.
  • Deliver clear communication and training materials to help HR and business stakeholders understand and apply incentive plans correctly.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales incentive plan design with demonstrated experience across a variety of sales incentive models in large, complex organisations.
  • Knowledge of incentive plan mechanics, governance, and local compliance considerations.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with scenario analysis and cost simulations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and business functions.
  • Experience with compensation tools and systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field; CCP certification is a plus.
