Job Duties:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing assistance with access, maintenance requests, and general inquiries. They also assist with special projects related to recurring events within assigned buildings and train new student staff. Position works at UW Madison - Union South Hotel at front desk. 2nd Shift, works 3pm-11pm Wednesday - Saturday Key Job Responsibilities:
