Title: IT Vendor Management Lead
Location: Clayton, MO

Salary: $116,500 - $169,500
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week
Relocation Available

Focus: The IT Vendor Management Lead is responsible for leading the strategic management of technology vendors to ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management across all IT-related services and products including hardware, software, services & telecommunications.

IT Vendor Management Lead Essential Job Functions:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select IT vendors that align with business needs and compliance standards
  • Lead contract negotiations, including service level agreements (SLAs), pricing, and terms
  • Ensure contracts meet legal, financial, and operational requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor escalations and issue resolution
  • Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and legal teams to align vendor strategies
  • Conduct research on IT Vendors as required
IT Vendor Management Lead Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree*; Emphasis in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of Vendor Management experience
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor performance management
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and build working relationships with individuals throughout the organization in support of IT department objectives
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
