Job DescriptionMachine Shop Manageroversees all aspects of a machine shop's daily operations, ensuring efficient production, quality, and safety.They are responsible for managing a team of machining and assembly leaders,and other personnel, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring the shop meets customer demands and quality standards. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises team members in assigned areas. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
