A large hospital organization is undergoing a major Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade across its enterprise environment. We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Windows 11 Refresh Technician to support this initiative through the end of the year. Key Responsibilities: * Perform hands-on upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11 across clinical and administrative workstations. * Ensure proper backup and restoration of user data during refresh. * Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and escalate complex problems as needed. * Maintain accurate documentation of completed upgrades and system configurations. * Collaborate with IT support teams to minimize disruption to hospital operations. Required Qualifications: * Prior experience with Windows OS upgrades in enterprise environments. * Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 functionality and troubleshooting. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting. * Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. * Must be comfortable traveling to hospital sites across Connecticut as needed. Details: * Schedule: First Shift (Monday-Friday) * Location: On-site at hospital facilities across CT * Duration: Contract through December 31, 2025 * Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour (based on experience) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
