The Electrical Products Group was recently purchased from Avail Infrastructure Solutions by nVent Electric plc ("nVent") and consists of three business units, Enclosure Systems, Switchgear Systems and Bus Systems. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead and functionally head planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of the project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, by engineering disciplines of staff. Prepares complex engineering designs and work specifications, and develops schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to complete the project YOU HAVE: Associates' or Bachelor's degree required 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required, specializing in electrical applications Hands-on electrical experience and knowledge of the NEC code strongly preferred.
