As a Aerial Groundman you'll support all phases of telecom utility construction. You're hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn. This role offers on-the-job training with the opportunity to advance into an Aerial Lineman position!

In addition, you will:

• Perform manual tasks such as trenching, unloading materials, and preparing job sites using hand tools (shovels, rakes, picks, etc.)

• Work outdoors on active utility construction sites

• Transport and stage heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites

• Assist in building and maintaining aerial and underground cable systems

• Help troubleshoot issues that arise in the field

• Train and develop skills in the use of specialized tools and equipment

About You:

• Safety-focused and committed to quality work
• Hands-on problem solver who works well with a team
• 1-2 years of outdoor work experience, preferably in construction, utility, or telecom

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record past 3 years (CDL preferred)

• Able to lift/pull large cable and lasher up to 75 lbs.

• Eager to grow into a Lineman role and advance in areas like fiber or coax splicing

MOS Codes 12K, 12N,12V, 12W, 21E, 21J, 25P, 91C, 91L, 11B, 1100, 1120, 1316, 9970-9975, 0612, 2T3XX, 2E1XX, 3E2XX, 3E3XX, 9T0XX, BU, UT relate well to this position.
