IT Support Administrator

Staffmark is hiring an IT Support Administrator in Tempe, AZ! Join a dynamic, fast-paced e-commerce manufacturing environment and be the go-to resource for technical support across production operations. This role offers the chance to work closely with a small team of engineers while providing hands-on support to end users.

Pay & Schedule

• $35.00/hr
• Weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues across supervisors, technicians, engineers, and production staff
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Support custom-built applications, production systems, and 3rd-party software
• Perform server racking, cable management, and workstation setup
• Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members
• Document procedures and maintain clear communication across teams

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of Windows system administration experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with network connectivity, server and desktop hardware configuration, and builds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment, such as computers and peripherals
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and collaborative
