Staffmark is hiring a dependable and hardworking Inventory Control Specialist in Manor, TX! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay: $22 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6 AM - 2:30 PM (With the opportunity of overtime until 4:30 PM)

What You Bring:



  • 3+ years of inventory analyst experience
  • A business administration degree or relevant experience
  • Cost accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Manufacturing experience as a scheduler or planner is a plus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Access skills



What You'll Be Doing:



  • Manage inventory programs, including estimates, analyses, metrics, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Drive inventory performance by increasing turns, monitoring POs, and recommending purchasing and disposition strategies.
  • Oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, and ECN-related material control.
  • Review and reconcile work order variances, ensuring proper closure.
  • Coordinate product transfers between company manufacturing sites.
