Schedule & Pay

• Pay | $18 - $20 per hour
• Monday - Friday (10 AM - 6 PM)

*Training will take place from 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM (Monday - Friday)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with mechanical and electrical systems
• Hands-on knowledge of motors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments

Maintenance Mechanic Summary

Be responsible for troubleshooting problems, repairing equipment, and helping prevent breakdowns.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on production equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting to quickly get to the root cause of breakdowns.
• Carry out routine maintenance to keep machines in good working order.
• Replace or rebuild motors, bearings, belts, gears, and other machine parts.
• Read and understand machine manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Assist with new machine installs, adjustments, and upgrades.
• Work with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.
• Document all repairs, maintenance work, and parts used.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and keep work areas clean.
