Schedule + Pay

• Monday - Friday
• 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• $16 - $18 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience
• Proficiency with inspection tools and interpreting specs/drawings
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 (or applicable standards)
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
• The ability to lift 50 pounds

Preferred Skills

• CMM programming or operation
• Working knowledge of GD&T
• Experience with materials (metals, polymers, coatings)
• Industry experience in aerospace, medical, or automotive sectors

About the Role

In this position, you'll ensure that all incoming materials, components, and products meet established standards and specifications before they move into manufacturing. Your work will directly support supplier quality assurance and safeguard the integrity of downstream operations.

What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Accurately record and maintain inspection results in quality tracking systems
• Detect and document non-conformances, supporting corrective and preventive actions
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment
• Verify supplier documentation and certifications for compliance
• Maintain full traceability of materials and inspection records
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
• Support audit readiness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
