Staffmark is hiring Welders in Montpelier, OH, for both 1st and 2nd shifts! This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and put your welding skills to work on a dynamic product line that supports a wide range of industries.

Pay & Shifts



  • 1st Shift: $18.00/hr
  • 2nd Shift: $19.08/hr



What You'll Do



  • Weld metal parts using the MIG welding process
  • Work from process sheets, blueprints, or supervisor instructions to complete tasks
  • Maneuver large or heavy parts manually or with a crane
  • Inspect welds and use grinding tools as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Verify work against predetermined tolerances



What We're Looking For



  • 1+ year of MIG welding experience in manufacturing (or equivalent schooling) preferred
  • Experience with grinding tools/machines preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and shop paperwork, measure to 1/32", and complete simple logs in English
  • Physically able to lift, push, pull, and position components up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable standing for the entire shift
  • Reliable, accurate, and able to work well in a team environment
  • General mechanical knowledge a plus
