CMM Programmer

• Develop, modify, and run CMM programs using PC-DMIS (or similar software).
• Perform dimensional, in-process, and receiving inspections with CMM and precision tools.
• Analyze inspection results, document findings, and generate detailed reports.
• Maintain calibration of inspection equipment and ensure lab cleanliness and organization.
• Record inspection data, communicate non-conformances, and support root cause analysis.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of CMM programming and quality inspection experience in a machine shop.
• Proficiency with PC-DMIS (or similar software) and strong GD&T/blueprint reading skills.
• Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
