Summary:
The Manager - Senior Operations Manager role supports, collaborates, and serves as a resource and is a member of the leadership team. The individual participates in the design, implementation, training and education of staff in the physician practices, as well as ensuring standardized clinical and safety guidelines are implemented across practices. Oversees the day-to-day operations. Overall responsibility for administrative, clinical, and financial operations of areas of oversight. Ensures areas of oversight operates in most effective and efficient manner, with emphasis on provider scheduling, patient flow, staffing, revenue maximization, and cost management. Works to enhance positive group culture and maintaining positive employee morale.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field preferred. Formal process improvement training (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Five years of experience in medical practice setting with full understanding of physician practice operations required. Three years supervisory experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Experience working in a physician led group practice setting preferred.
