This position will provide oversight for a planning area that ensures execution of portfolio management, prioritization and implementation. Defines the strategies for and implementation of project and portfolio management methods, tools and resources that enable the organization to deliver results in support of the strategic plan. Leads the integration of enterprise strategic planning with divisional planning efforts and ensures alignment. Drives consistency coordinates resources across the divisions, creates and oversees the governance and communications for the process.
You will report to the Portfolio and Transformation Director. In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office in Madison, WI 53783. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles the Madison office. Position Compensation Range: $111,000.00 - $190,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Additional Specialized Knowledge and Skills * Extensive experience with project/program and portfolio management tools, methods and practices (like Apptio Targetprocess, JIRA and SAFe lean portfolio management) * Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement of portfolio practices at scale. * Demonstrated experience consulting on simplification, modernization or optimization of enterprise portfolio planning processes.
