The Role and Team

As part of our Content Strategy team, you will own the development and execution of our corporate social strategy across channels, driving impact for campaigns, amplifying employee and customer voices, and telling stories that spark engagement, build influence, and strengthen our brand perception.

This is an exciting role with significant influence. You'll be the one steering our presence, raising the bar, and ensuring we show up consistently, creatively, and authentically where it matters most.


Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a corporate social strategy for an enterprise B2B brand, aligning social initiatives to broader marketing and business goals.
  • Lead multi-channel social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Tiktok to grow audiences and strengthen brand presence.
  • Leverage social management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social or similar) to schedule, monitor, and analyze content, optimizing for engagement and reach.
  • Work seamlessly across marketing and other teams to drive integrated impact.
  • Build and manage employee advocacy programs that amplify company messaging and increase organic reach.
  • Create compelling content tailored to different audiences and formats, leveraging strong storytelling instincts.
  • Develop and manage executive social presence and thought leadership programs to elevate brand influence.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually compelling, on-brand content optimized for each channel.
  • Build community engagement through two-way dialogue and leverage social listening insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in social media management
  • Demonstrated experience leading social strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience using social analytics to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate impact.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Social media management experience in the enterprise B2B environment.
  • Passion for social media and emerging trends in digital engagement.
  • Thrives at both the strategic and executional level, including engaging leadership and subject matter experts while driving ideas into action.
  • Self-starter and natural leader who can elevate existing programs into something greater.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience driving employee engagement through social advocacy programs.
  • Strong instincts for storytelling and content personalization.

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $102,400 - $176,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Medallia considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
