What you will be doing

    Strategic Leadership
    • Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for industry-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
    • Operate with a General Manager mindset, taking full accountability for the business performance of the product portfolio, including P&L oversight, growth targets, and market share.
    • Leverage industry insights and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and innovative use cases that drive customer value and revenue growth.
  • Product Innovation & Execution
    • Champion end-to-end product ownership through Empowered Product Teams, fostering accountability and cross-functional alignment without direct authority.
    • Utilize data-driven methodologies to validate market fit, prioritize investment areas, and optimize ROI across new and existing offerings.
    • Drive timely delivery of high-quality products that meet rigorous performance, compliance, and user adoption standards.
  • Market & Customer Engagement
    • Serve as a visible industry thought leader-evangelize products at major industry conferences, participate in strategic sales opportunities, and contribute thought leadership to industry publications.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and industry influencers to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of government, education, insurance, and financial services organizations.
  • Organizational Leadership
    • Build and mentor a high-performing global team of product leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
    • Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies for the product organization.
    • Partner closely with senior executives across business units to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
  • Governance & Operational Excellence
    • Lead the budgeting and financial planning process for the Product Management organization, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment with growth objectives.
    • Establish governance frameworks for performance management, compliance, and risk mitigation across product lines.


What will make you successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software product management, with 10+ years in executive leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful enterprise products, particularly in government, education, insurance, and financial services markets.
  • Expertise in agile product development, design thinking, and Empowered Product Teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and investment planning.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing global, diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and external partners.
  • Experience with data analytics, AI/ML, and modern SaaS platforms is highly desirable.
  • Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $306,000-$350,000 and eligible for benefits and bonus
