This role drives the success of complex national projects by leveraging product and application expertise to manage the project proposal process for Projects, Solutions, Services, and Main Instrument Vendor (MIV) initiatives. Working closely with the Project Pursuit Team, Industry Managers, and Product Managers, this position integrates industry insights to develop engineering scopes, qualify opportunities, and support seamless project execution. By utilizing tools like Salesforce.com and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, this role enhances Endress+Hauser's ability to secure and deliver large-scale, high-value projects. Which tasks will you perform?
- Leverage expertise in product and application knowledge to manage the project proposal process for complex national projects, including Projects, Solutions, Services, and Main Instrument Vendor (MIV) initiatives.
- Integrate industry knowledge and market insights into the overall project pursuit strategy, developing conceptual and engineering scopes that align with market requirements.
- Collaborate with the Project Pursuit Team, Industry Managers, and Product Managers to identify, qualify, and secure large-scale project opportunities.
- Utilize tools and technologies such as Salesforce.com to generate and manage proposal outputs efficiently.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings with Project Managers to ensure seamless execution handovers upon receipt of purchase orders.
- Support Project Managers by addressing technical change order requests and providing technical reviews, including drawing and documentation markups.
- Conduct site visits to customer locations for project kick-off meetings and deliver embedded engineering services and support throughout project lifecycles.
What do we expect from you? You will have (required):
- Bachelor's or associate degree in a technical field and 2+ years of related experience
- Travel up to 25%

- Expertise in Endress+Hauser products and process automation, with experience in large project acquisition, delivery, and go-to-market strategies through representative partners.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, including P&IDs, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications.

- Collaborates effectively with others, sometimes across departments, to achieve organizational goals and enhance customer experience.
