Outside Sales Representative

Staffmark is seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team. In this role, you'll build relationships with key clients, drive revenue, and have the independence to make a real impact in your territory.

Pay: $60,000-$90,000/year + commission

Shift: 1st Shift

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including OEMs, Distributors, and Retailers
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell products/services
• Provide solutions to meet client needs and drive retention
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales quotes, respond to proposals, and track activity in CRM systems
• Advise internal teams on product/service improvements
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows 15-25 weeks per year
• Work independently and potentially lead on complex technical or business matters

Requirements:

• Preferred: 5+ years of sales experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
