Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to support fast-paced construction projects in the Idaho Falls area. This is a 4-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with access control systems, security camera installation, structured cabling, and AV systems. Responsibilities: * Install and configure access control systems (PDK, Salto, Genea) * Set up and maintain AV systems (Crestron, Q-Sys) * Perform structured cabling and security camera installations * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues * Collaborate with junior technicians to ensure high-quality installations * Maintain safety standards and wear required PPE Required Skills: * Access Control * Audio Visual Systems * Security Cameras * Structured Cabling * Troubleshooting * Basic Hardware Setup & Tear Down Tools Required: * Punch down tools (66, 110, Belden, Krone) * Screwdrivers (#1, #2, 10-in-1) * Adjustable wrenches and pliers * Lineman, side cut, needle nose pliers * Flashlight, snips, cable knife, tape measure * Torpedo level, tool pouch/bag, sheet rock saw, hammer PPE Requirements: * Safety glasses (provided) * Hard hat, gloves, high visibility vest (available upon request) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
