Description Administrative Responsibilities: - Send engineering drawings for printing and distribution. - Help route bills of materials (BOMs) for quotes, internal requests, and purchase orders. Project Coordination Duties: - Confirm delivery of materials with receiving teams and update SAP records. - Organize and consolidate materials from multiple orders for deployment. - Schedule project kick-off meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. - Coordinate monthly project schedules across islands, ensuring: - Site readiness (permits, access, safety, vegetation clearing, etc.) - Material delivery - Submit required documentation (LHOs, Holdoffs) based on project needs. - Notify operations center (NOSC) of upcoming work and arrange outage windows if needed. - Arrange safety and substation entry training for contractors. - Travel to outer islands (HELCO and MECO) as needed. Project Analyst Support: - Share updates and reports with engineers (e.g., dashboard, forecasts, accruals). - Pull data for project planning (drawings, material orders, kickoff dates). - Assist with creating reports for budget approvals. - Set up projects and work orders in SAP. - Generate service invoice entries (SES). - Occasionally help update internal systems (UI). - Travel to outer islands as needed. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $39.00/hr.
