Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW

To service and support manufacturing operations in the form of maximizing production output via expedient machine repair, procurement of repair parts, preventive maintenance, safety and maintaining building systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

COMPENSATION

  • $32-$40 - based on skill set

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

  • Monday-Friday 8-Hour 1st Shift (5:24am-1:30pm)

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Support operations in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business, beginning with

    Safety. While also knowing and understanding the role in product safety.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical components

  • Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

  • Repair pumps, blowers, drives, heaters, dies, gearboxes and PLC's

  • Disassemble, clean and reassemble production machinery

  • Comply with all 5S and lean manufacturing (Cross Training, moving to the work)

  • All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

  • Ensure quality of care in the die room

  • Complete air ring maintenance, stem rebuilds, die cleaning and die inspections

  • Complete first-time quality reassembly of dies for production machines

  • Maintain screw and die documentation to include screw/barrel measurements, inventory, and

    database.
