We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Radiation Therapist at varying levels (I, II). The selected candidate will be placed at the appropriate level based on qualifications and experience. All levels contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels.

Primary Responsibilities:




  • Radiation Therapist I:




    • Provide radiation oncology treatments and high-quality patient care. Act as an essential member of the Cancer Service Team. Demonstrate the ability to operate all treatment and simulation equipment





  • Radiation Therapist II:




    • Includes all duties of Radiation Therapist I

Required Qualifications:




  • High School diploma or GED



  • Graduated from accredited Radiation Therapy Program



  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT)



  • Licensed by the Department of Health as Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT)



  • Basic Life Support certification through American Heart Association



  • Clinical judgment and knowledge of radiation therapy, practices and safety ASCP eligible



  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills



  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook email



  • Maintain and complete continuing education in applicable areas




Preferred Qualifications:




  • For Radiation Therapist II:




    • 3+ years of experience performing as Radiation Therapist






Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.23 to $61.15 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
