College of Arts & Science Job Description
The Event Coordinator plays a critical role in developing and executing programs and events that support the College of Arts and Science. This role manages operational needs, coordinates with artists, agents, vendors, and caterers to ensure the seamless delivery of events. The Event Coordinator manages event logistics, coordinates outreach efforts, and fosters community and campus engagement opportunities to elevate the College of Arts & Science and the Concert Series' visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities:
Shift
The typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This position also requires evening and weekend hours as dictated by the event schedule. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
