Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Lead Compliance & Privacy Programs: Oversee and monitor Bancroft's Corporate Compliance and Privacy initiatives to ensure integrity across all departments.

  • Drive Accountability: Conduct audits, identify risks, and implement solutions that maintain compliance with state licensing, accreditation standards, HIPAA, and funding requirements.

  • Educate & Empower: Deliver engaging training and guidance to staff, ensuring a culture where every team member understands their role in upholding compliance and ethical practices.

  • Investigate & Respond: Manage the Compliance Hotline and respond promptly to concerns with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.

  • Build Partnerships: Collaborate with leaders across the organization to establish strategies, track KPIs, prepare compliance reports, and support Board-level reporting.

  • Promote a Culture of Trust: Encourage open reporting without fear of retaliation, fostering an environment where compliance and safety are part of everyday practice.



Qualifications

What We're Looking For
  • Master's Degree, Juris Doctor, or equivalent healthcare-related experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in compliance, healthcare law, HIPAA, or regulatory oversight.

  • Proven expertise in healthcare regulations, state licensing, accreditation, and patient safety standards.

  • Compliance certification preferred.

  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, project management, and influencing others.

  • Ability to lead with integrity, inspire confidence, and model ethical leadership
