Join our team as a Property Manager at Centerline!

Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at Centerline, our 186-unit affordable housing community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for resident engagement, and proven success in property management.

What You'll Do

Leading, coaching, and developing the on-site team.
Overseeing leasing, resident relations, accounts receivable, and collections.
Managing budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts.
Conducting property inspections and ensuring high standards for curb appeal and safety.
Driving occupancy through marketing, outreach, and renewals.
Coordinating with compliance teams to meet all affordable housing requirements.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of property management, leasing, or sales experience (affordable housing preferred).
Supervisory experience and strong leadership abilities.
Excellent financial management skills and attention to detail.
Customer service mindset with the ability to connect with residents and the community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
