Schedule | 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay | $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Verify that all pages are captured, correctly oriented, and meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and document errors or discrepancies and coordinate with scanning staff for resolution.
  • Ensure digital files are correctly indexed, labeled, and archived in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control checks and escalate recurring issues as needed.
  • Consistently meet established productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.




Qualifications: Entry level, high level of attention to detail, strong ability to identify errors and inconsistencies, proficient in basic computer operations, strong organizational and time management, prior experience in QC, document review or data verification.
