Shift Schedules & Pay:

• 1st Shift: $16.75/hr.
• 2nd Shift: $17.75/hr.
• 3rd Shift: $17.75/hr.
• Weekly Attendance Bonus: +$0.50/hr (earn up to $18.25/hr with perfect attendance!)
• Monday - Friday with opportunities for daily and weekly overtime

What You'll Do:

• Operate die-cast machines to manufacture high-quality aluminum automotive parts
• Inspect and measure parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot basic issues
• Use tools, gauges, and calipers to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company production guidelines
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operator experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift after training
