Develop and implement tools, methods, and processes to reduce waste, utilize data-driven decision-making, and promote effective lean problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within these systems. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of automation systems. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are achieved or surpassed. Design and reengineer workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety in the warehouse. Lead and manage projects focused on enhancing warehouse automation and operations. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into operational performance and improvement opportunities. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. May telecommute. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in an Associate, Industrial Engineer-related occupation.
