Looking for a hands-on role in manufacturing with a consistent night shift schedule and competitive pay? We're hiring an Extrusion Assistant Operator to join our team and help create high-quality products in a precision-driven environment. Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19/hr.

Schedule: (2nd Shift) 3 PM - 11:30 PM | (3rd Shift) 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:



  • Inspect and package production materials to meet quality standards
  • Perform visual and measured inspections using calipers and related tools
  • Complete QC checks, product labeling, and production paperwork accurately
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas per housekeeping standards
  • Assist with die changeovers and in-line cleaning
  • Stock and manage packaging supplies
  • Safely store finished products
  • Communicate issues and safety concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with Leads, Operators, Maintenance Techs, and other departments
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of material handling/manufacturing experience
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
