DHS Suitability POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Part-Time Construction Services Specialist will support the Tenant-6 fit-out project within FEMA Building 401 (B401) at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC). This position requires an active Virginia Class A State Construction License and provides professional construction oversight and execution services in accordance with the Contract Documents, CLIN amendments, and approved change orders. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
$50.82 to $62.67 Per Hour REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
