Key responsibilities include: * Supervises staff focused on two specialized areas: wholesale customers and retail customer issues. * Leads the Regulatory HELP Desk function to provide timely support for coworkers needing tariff or policy guidance to enable other Illinois Regulatory coworkers to focus on in-depth research, analysis and the filing of tariff changes at the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC). * Issues Regulatory Bulletins or Alerts to notify coworkers of significant changes to tariffs, policies or prices. * Leads the Wholesale Customer Support function in Illinois to ensure compliance with FERC requirements related to the provision of wholesale electric service and ICC/State of Illinois requirements regarding service territory rights and responsibilities. * Interacts at a significant level with other Ameren functions including Legal, Ameren Transmission Services, Digital Services, Government Affairs, Clean Energy Transition, Energy Delivery and Customer Service/Customer Experience. * Monitors emerging legislative and regulatory developments at both the state and federal levels to assist the Company and coworkers in anticipating the development of new or evolved programmatic capabilities. * Works with coworkers and independently develops and implements efforts to help ensure Ameren Illinois compliance with ICC tariff provisions. * Ad hoc representation of Ameren Illinois in external regulatory, legislative and customer proceedings. * Ad hoc involvement and support of internal efforts to address emerging or chronic issues affecting the achievement of Ameren's goals. Qualifications Minimum qualifications to be considered: * Bachelor's Degree in from an accredited college or university required. * Seven or more years of utility experience required, preferably in more than one function. * Supervisory or team/project leadership is preferred. Compensation Range: $128,700.00 - $199,500.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
