About the Role: As a senior consultant - independent verification and validation (IV&V) lead in the Policy and Program Strategic Solutions practice area, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our clients through today's ever-changing healthcare landscape. NYSTEC is considered a trusted advisor, providing subject matter expertise and connecting the dots for our clients. NYSTEC has consulted on some of the largest Medicaid initiatives and has served in various roles across a multitude of New York State healthcare technology systems. Work products must be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. You will ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets delivery schedules as outlined. This is currently a hybrid position. You will be required to work in-person at the NYSTEC office a minimum of twice per month. While the day-to-day work follows a regular work schedule, this position does require working after-hours and late hours several times a year to conduct testing outside of user business hours (i.e., for application updates, security updates, disaster recovery testing, etc.). Education and Experience
The pay range for this position is $79,793.00 to $109,716.00 per year. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including skill set, experience, location, and job-related qualifications.
