Title: Product Manager - Formulated Solutions Americas
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $135,000 - $169,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Product Manager for Formulated Solutions is responsible for driving the price and margin management of downstream Epoxy businesses for the Americas region.
Product Manager Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing strategies, price management, and contract strategies by working closely with the sales account manager and business management team.
- Conduct constant market research to understand market trends and pricing direction to set pricing strategies for various products and applications to maximize growth and profitability.
- Closely monitor supply and demand balance, collaborate closely with finance, planning, manufacturing, procurement, and sales to optimize asset and business margins.
- Lead the process of upscaling new products and make versus buy decisions, coordinate with technology, marketing, sales, manufacturing and procurement.
- Drive operational improvements and foster cooperation between planning and manufacturing teams.
- Work in close alignment with the global marketing, sales and planning teams to set global customer strategies and maximize downstream asset profitability.
Product Manager Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* in Chemistry, Business, Basic Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline; Master's Degree* preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience; specialty chemicals industry preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience with epoxy or related industry/customers preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in presentation and report design/delivery
- Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time
- Prior Olin experience in a relevant position preferred
- Must possess a valid US Driver's license
