JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Role reports to AVP, Business Unit FP& A
  2. Serves as key strategic and financial partner to General Manager and Business Unit
  3. Leads financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, tracking of key metrics and supporting operational execution; works with AVP in overall financial performance reviews and P&L analysis with General Managers and Business Unit leaders
  4. Builds models, creates and delivers insights, providing data and trend analysis as decision support; works with Business Case Office to drive assessments of investment needs
  5. Goes beyond reporting to drive insights as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and Business Unit leaders; continuously identify areas to improve and build upon analyses and reporting
  6. Engage with the Business to drive financial and strategic objectives and make informed decisions based on data and analysis; develop communications, for example, to FP&A leadership and the CFO, as well as Business Unit leadership and the COO
  7. Meets timelines and expectations working with Corporate FP&A and Commercial Finance during financial cycles
  8. Builds relationships and partners across the organization in support of the Business Unit, including (but not limited to) Finance & Accounting, Operations, Product and Technology
  9. Leverages technology to extract and assess data; serve as power-user of SAP financial systems; understand operational data sources within the Business
  10. Ensures compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. Demonstrates Company's Core Competencies and values held within

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $155k-$175k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
