We're seeking a Summer 2026 Intern in Atlanta to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

North Highland is the world's leading change and transformation consultancy. Simply put, we make change happen like no one else. And we're on the hunt for Summer Interns to join us in Summer 2026.

AS A SUMMER 2026 INTERN, YOU WILL:




  • Develop core consulting skills through experience, training and self-development



  • Write client deliverables to a high standard



  • Build strong peer level relationships with clients and gaining valuable client exposure



  • Facilitate client workshops and meetings, training client staff, and supporting client presentations



  • Play a critical role in contributing to the delivery of client engagements



  • Assist in writing proposals and business development efforts where required



  • Be involved in internal initiatives including marketing and training



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:




  • An excellent academic record and pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business or technical related field



  • Graduating in 2027 or 2028



  • A genuine interest in consulting, business, and technology



  • Creative thinking and ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems



  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to interact effectively with clients and peers to build lasting relationships



  • A high level of confidence and a positive 'can-do' attitude



  • Flexibility to travel will be required and will be project dependent



Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland. Work visa sponsorship will not be provided, either now or in the future, for this position.
