We are looking for a seasoned and effective lead program manager who has high capacity to drive, set up, manage, and execute on multiple highly dynamic and complex programs. This lead program manager will focus on managing Adult Content programs within the Trust & Safety's Strategy & Operations team - however will likely take on other priority areas based on business need.

What you'll do:



  • Oversee, drive and manage capacity processes in close partnership with Work Force Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Product, Eng, and leadership to ensure optimal sequencing and management of reviews.
  • Manage Ad-hoc and additional initiatives/projects: Ability to automate and streamline work in order to take on additional scope and responsibilities as business needs adjust.
  • Create Process & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Investigate results that do not align with expectations and share insights on appropriate corrective actions to strengthen business performance.
  • Provide Clear Exec Comms to stakeholder on the status and issues (like backlog, capacity deficits) and to proactively find ways to address ways to resolve. Updates will be needed in weekly status meetings and written exec-friendly communications.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to adjusting changes especially in back-log-build-up or unexpected escalation situations. Proactive work on frameworks to alleviate future situations, while quickly responding and solving to address excess capacity and/or simplifying burdensome workflows.



What we're looking for:



  • Extensive experience in program management and operations management - preferred if in Trust & Safety content moderation or a related field.
  • Track record of driving impact and positive leadership and stakeholder relationship engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with thoughtful data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborative communication skills, attention to detail, thoughtful consensus building, receptive to feedback.
  • Plus if talent have experience with Trust & Safety operations, workflows, capacity planning, and labeling.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per half, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
